  • To guide and ensure the continuous improvement of quality services provided by Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College and Hospital
  • To record key quality indicators and periodical measurement of performance of these indicators.
  • Assuring that the data obtained through quality improvement activities are analyzed, with suitable recommendations made, and appropriate follow up actions are taken
  • To identify appropriate tools for patient safety and quality improvement
  • To guide and ensure the adherence of clinical and non- clinical departments as per NABH norms.
