We design and administer question paper setting, secure paper management, theory and practical examinations, theory evaluation by one internal and one external and also third evaluation as per the norms, practical evaluation by two internal and two external qualified examiners ,result processing, and certification—aligned with UGC, Pondicherry University and National Medical Commission (NMC) regulations. Leveraging robust SOPs, digital workflows, and secure data practices, we strive to minimize errors, safeguard confidentiality, and deliver outcomes on schedule time.
Quality is a shared responsibility. We regularly engage with internal and external examiners, Head of departments, and students to refine assessment methods, strengthen moderation and moderation audits, and support continuous improvement through analytics and feedback.
