Post operatrve vagrnal lymphorrea following TAH with BSO and pelvic lymph node dissection

Case report

56 year old female came with post menopausal bleeding and diagnosed to have carcinoma endometrium . TAH WITH BSO and pelvic lymph node dissection was done On POD 7 patrent complarnts of watery discharge from vagina Ureterovaginal and vesicovaginal fistula was ruled out by doing CT urogram Gadoilnium contract [VlRl was done which shows vaginal wall dehiscence communicating with multiple pelvic collections’ Following gadolinrum contrast patient symptoms decreased

Conclusion

Vaginal lymphorrea resolved following Gadolinium enhanced contrast MRI
